If you are having problems with your Iridium Extreme sat phone you may need to update the firmware.
Find out what firmware version the phone is using by selecting Menu>Setup>Phone Information. The firmware version is displayed and it should state HL11013. If not use the downloads and instructions below to upgrade the firmware.
