Firmware Upgrade V5.3.0
Inmarsat released the latest firmware upgrade for the IsatPhone Pro V5.3.0 on 8 February 2013. This mandatory upgrade should be completed by 31 December 2013.The update allows more efficient utilization of the network resources and also makes the IsatPhone Pro the first satellite phone to feature full Twitter integration.
We recommend that you also download the USB drivers below before you upgrade your phone.

Twitter is available on IsatPhone Pro via its SMS functionality. Firstly, link your existing twitter account by visiting twitter.com. Please note the shortcode to use for IsatPhone Pro is 898. If you do not have a twitter account, you can set one up at twitter.com
Select message > sms and in the 'to' field, type 898, and tweet away!
Alternatively if you have installed firmware V5.2.0 you can tweet more easily by going to Menu > Messaging > New message > Tweet. (You still need to set-up the shortcode first).
