Terms & ConditionsPrices exclusive of VAT. Transition Plan 2012 includes 800 Voice and #777 Data minutes. Usage is included in €34.99 Monthly Fee and applies to Globalstar Europe's Home Zone usage only. Transition Plan 2012 is based on 12 months contract, with an activation charge of €50. Early de-activation of the contract will result in a cancellation fee of €250. Freedom 2012 Plan Voice or Data overage will be charged €0.80 per minute. Incoming calls received in the home zone are not charged. Voice and dial-up data airtime billing is based on a one minute minimum and one minute increments thereafter. Burst data Usage applies to outbound Direct Internet (#777) data calls is charged per increment of 2 times 15 seconds then per increment of 30 seconds within Globalstar Europe Home Zone only. Long distance calls from Globalstar Europe's Home Zone are subject to applicable long distance charges. Call Forwarding is subject to service fees of €0.15 per minute. Forwarding to numbers outside of Globalstar Europe's Home Zone will incur the same fee of €0.15 per minute, along with the applicable long distance charges. Calls to other satellite service customers will result in additional charges. For Network coverage please see our coverage section. The tariff for a roaming call is €0.80 or €1.55 depending on the origination of the call. Prices and specifications are correct at the date of publication, but are subject to availability or change without notice. Next January 1st 2013, Transition Plan 2012 will expire and the contract will be automatically moved from Transition Plan 2012 to our lowest available postpaid plan. For just €39.99 per month, this Plan will include 80 minutes of voice and data per month. Alternatively to this plan, customers will be able to select any plan available next January 1st 2013.
