Globalstar is a leading provider of mobile voice and data communications services globally via satellite. The Globalstar constellation of Low Earth Orbiting (LEO) satellites enables communications across over 80% of the Earth's surface.

Globalstar are currently working on a new and improved satellite constellation which will be completed in early 2013. Once deployed, the new satellites will restore full service to Globalstar’s customers and position the Company as the first mobile satellite service provider to deploy a second-generation constellation of low-earth-orbit (LEO) satellites.
