How do we invoice?All equipment and pay-as-you-go airtime is invoiced in GBP at the time we receive the order.
Pay monthly airtime contracts are invoiced in USD on a monthly basis. When you purchase your SIM card we will charge the activation fee (if applicable) and the first month's contract charges to your card. You will then be invoiced on a month by month basis for contract charges and any airtime used and we will take payment by Direct Debit. The amount taken from your bank account will be converted from USD to GBP using the current exchange rate at the point the invoice is issued.
Invoices include a breakdown of any airtime charges and are sent by email.
